New Zealand Sustainable Initiatives Trust is a registered charitable trust in Aotearoa New Zealand. The Trust is committed to improving the awareness of sustainable development within New Zealand and around the world, working cooperatively with others in sustainable development promotions and demonstrating the principles of sustainability.
The Trust strives to promote the sustainable lifestyles in order to make a difference to our planet Earth, protect the natural environment and animals. The initiatives serves as pillars and enablers for the Trust to achieve its goals. There are primarily FOUR (4) types of initiatives we promote:
The goal of this initiative is to provide reliable and accurate information to the public about environmental issues so that they can make informed decisions about their lifestyles. In order to achieve this goal, the Trust funds research and educational programs about sustainability and the environment. Additionally, the Trust hosts events and workshops on these topics to engage with the public and promote sustainable living.
The Community initiative focuses on empowering people to make a difference in their local communities through volunteering, education and events. This work includes restoring natural habitats, running community clean-ups and educating others about the importance of sustainability. Our goal is to inspire people to take action in their communities and create lasting change for the environment.
The Trust has partnered with many organisations in order to achieve its goals. The organisation works closely with its partners to ensure that they are meeting their objectives. The Trust is always looking for new partners to help it promote sustainable living and protect the environment.
Through this, we aim to raise awareness about environmental issues and support campaigns that focus on the protection of our planet. Our goal is to inspire people to make positive changes in their lifestyles in order to reduce their impact on the environment. We believe that by working together, we can make a difference for our planet.

The New Zealand Sustainable Initiative Trust Board is a group of individuals who are passionate about making New Zealand a more sustainable place. The board members work tirelessly to promote sustainable practices and to educate others about the importance of sustainability.
